Florida is going through the greatest crisis it has ever faced. Unemployment is higher than it has been for an entire generation of workers. Companies have closed their doors, doctors have left the state, the space program is in jeopardy, tourism has stagnated. It is obvious that we are in trouble.
What isn't obvious is how the other candidates plan to get us out of this mess. While things continue to get worse, the Democrats have decided to push through billions of dollars in health spending we cannot afford, while ignoring all measures needed to get the economy growing again.
I'm running to be your next senator with the purpose of delivering growth over stimulation, action and not committee, results over rhetoric. Florida needs leadership, someone who will fight to secure a future that isn't held to developers and small cliques, but provides prosperity for all our residents.
